• Call data: caller phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, and appointment details.
• Contact form data: when you submit our website contact form, the name, business name, email, phone (optional), and message you provide. Form submissions are processed by GoHighLevel.

How we use information

• To provide AI call answering and appointment scheduling.
• To improve our systems and service quality.

• Service providers needed to deliver our services — including Twilio (telephony), Vapi (voice), Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic (Claude language model), Cal.com (scheduling), Make (workflow automation), Google/Gmail (email), and GoHighLevel (CRM and website contact form).

Call recordings

Calls handled by our AI may be recorded for quality and service improvement. Callers are informed at the start of each call. Recordings are stored securely and retained for 90 days unless otherwise requested.

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
