These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vertex Ops services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Vertex Ops provides automation and digital services for small businesses, including: the AI receptionist (call answering, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling); custom automation and CRM; website development; and 3D virtual tours, as described on the relevant product page.

Recurring services (such as the AI receptionist and website care plans) are provided on a subscription basis. One-time builds (such as website development and custom automation projects) are governed by a separate written quote or statement of work; where that document conflicts with these Terms, the written quote or statement of work controls for that build.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• Maintain valid payment information.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business operations.
• Inform us of any changes to your services, hours, or pricing.

Payment terms

• AI receptionist: a one-time setup fee (currently $1,500) plus a monthly subscription, billed monthly in advance.
• Website development: a one-time build fee (typically $1,500–$5,000 depending on scope) plus a $150/mo care plan covering hosting, updates, and monitoring.
• Custom automation & CRM: scoped and priced per project, as set out in your written quote.
• 3D virtual tours: priced per tour by the size of the space.
• Billing: subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract; you can cancel with 30 days' notice (see Termination). One-time build fees are invoiced as set out in your quote.

Service limitations

Our AI is designed to handle routine calls. We are not responsible for:

• Missed business opportunities due to caller behavior or system limitations.
• Inaccurate information provided by callers.
• Service interruptions beyond our control.

Emergency calls

Our AI is programmed to direct callers experiencing real emergencies (medical, fire, safety) to call 911 or appropriate emergency services. We are not an emergency response service.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of liability

Vertex Ops liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
