One 360° photo per room or space, shot from the center with the Google Street View app, an Insta360, a Ricoh Theta, or similar — saved as a JPG.

Common questions

The stuff we get asked most.

Do I need special equipment?+
No. A free phone app — Google Street View, for example — works fine. A dedicated 360° camera like an Insta360 or Ricoh Theta gives you better image quality if you're shooting often.
How long does it take to get the tour back?+
24–48 hours after we receive all the photos in a usable format.
What if my photos aren't usable?+
We'll tell you exactly what went wrong and point you to a quick guide on shooting 360° photos correctly. Most people get it right on the second try.
Can this handle a property with multiple buildings?+
Yes — this is one of the things we built it for. Industrial and multi-building commercial properties get a floor plan that spans every structure on the lot, not just one building.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. You send us photos, we send you a link and an embed code. Nothing to install, log into, or maintain.
What if I list properties every month?+
Ask about a retainer plan — a flat monthly rate that covers a set number of residential tours at a lower per-tour cost than paying individually. Commercial and industrial work is always quoted separately.
